How long does it take for custom wig orders? 

Custom wig orders take 5-10 business days to construct and ship out.  

Can my bundles be bleached, heat applied and washed?

Yes, heat can be applied to all bundles, all of our bundles can be bleached to 613 and washed.

We do prefer that you wash each bundle before any install. 

How long is shipping and delivery?

Shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on where order is being shipped out to. 

We also offer express/overnight shipping takes 1-2 business days for $27dollars. 

Can I pick up my order the same day for local pickup/delivery?

Some orders can be picked up same day if in stock and order is placed by 2pm no exceptions. Once order is paid for an address will be sent for pickup. 

Local pick-up must be selected at checkout to receive pick-up address. Local delivery has a $10 fee charge (orders must be paid in full before delivery).

Must be local areas Houston city limits. 

How can I exchange my order? 

Orders CANNOT be exchanged once opened and not in original form of purchase.
